1. About Daava

Daava is a legal document generation tool. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal opinions. No lawyer-client or attorney-client relationship is created by using Daava.

2. Document Accuracy

Documents generated by Daava are drafts based entirely on the information you provide. The accuracy, completeness, and suitability of any document depends on the information you enter. Daava does not verify the facts you provide. You are solely responsible for reviewing each document before filing or submitting it.

3. No Guaranteed Legal Outcome

Daava does not guarantee any legal outcome, result, or response from any government body, court, ombudsman, or other authority. Documents are generated to the best format and structure available, but the outcome of any filing depends on the facts of your case and the discretion of the relevant authority.

4. Refund Policy

Full refund if document generation fails and we are unable to deliver your document within 24 hours of payment.

No refundonce a document has been successfully generated and delivered to your email address. Generated documents are digital goods and cannot be “returned.”

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use Daava. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Daava to generate documents containing false, fraudulent, or misleading information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the lawful use of any document generated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daava shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific document in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Daava shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Daava after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
